"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional and courteous. Front desk is not available 24/7, only during select hours. Street parking available, but expensive during the day. Parking garage accessible, 7 min walk. Very close to city center, shops and restaurants. No refrigerator in the room. Overall very nice. "

"The service was exceptional! The hotel is centrally located two blocks from the main square. When we arrived, they had our rooms ready two hours early. They provided us with great information on where to go and had a welcome drink ready. Babette and Laurence were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Though it's rustic, the hotel was updated in all the important areas. The bed was stellar, and the bathroom fully appointed and updated. Excellent water pressure in the shower (a common issue in boutique hotels) and a fully functioning coffee/espresso maker! Plus they provided a bottle of still and a bottle of sparkling water daily. "

"The hotel was excellent - large, clean room with plenty of storage in a perfect location. We did not have a car and were able to walk everywhere. We planned our stay long before we knew about the Ghent Festival but enjoyed easy access to all of the music stages and festival fun. The annual noose bearers procession passed directly in front of the hotel. An easy walk to Gravensteen castle, St. Bavo’s cathedral, the belfry and canal cruises. Love our stay and the city! "

"This hotel is situated just outside of the main market area, however, still close enough to enjoy all that it has to offer. Walkable to the Menin Gate. Rooms are tidy and furnishings are up to date. This is my second visit to Ieper as well as this hotel."

It is convenient for both the motorway for onward journeys and also just a short drive into Bruges centre (easy parking at T-Zand). The staff are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is always great quality! The rooms are spacious and well equipped. I will be back again soon!"

"The bed was so comfortable, and the room was huge! The hotel was modern and clean, and the staff very attentive. The bar had good cocktails and the breakfast was great, though a bit expensive. It was well located near the city centre and main attractions, but a bit out of the way so it was nice and quiet. Overall we would 100% stay here again. "
