"Thos is a magical holistic type of place. It's in the middle of nature (so not walking distance to anywhere) for those who wish to switch off and enjoy spectacular views, great walks, amazing food at the restaurant (with views to the lake) and good service. The rooms are cute, cleand and spacious.
Easy to park and easy to get to the place in spite of the remote location.

"The Mercure is well located, had plenty of parking space, a nice pool and English speaking friendly staff. The breakfast is basic, but good enough for the day at the beach. Organised trips to all sights and places worth visiting at a cost, car hire in the lobby, pharmacy and a boutique. Even a local bus stop to take you to Santa Teresa with all the things to do there. CONS: There are no lifts, and plenty of stairs, lots of walking to do. HOUSE KEEPING: Non functional. It’s a certain to have your room cleaned daily and basic consumables restocked. It’s not working. Communication about all the amenities and things to do is lacking. It feels like they are understaffed and needs a big injection of organisation. Totally have the potential to be a 4*+ resort. Lack of dining options as well. "
