"The hotel was totally nice! The staff were very polite and facilities were good. Their breakfast was delicious. And they provided free drinks at the lounge including some Japanese sake. Many cyclists enjoyed here. One thing, the rear parking entrance is difficult to find."

"Great hotel right on the water, spacious rooms and very nice and responsive hotel staff. Great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is currently renovating, but it was very much worth it. They even offered free access to a nearby onsen! Would happily stay here again on our next vacation to Ehime!"

"One night after bike trip over the islands to Imabari. Picked the hotel for closeness to rental car pickup next day. Close to Imabari Castle. Imabari isn't really anything special, hotel is typical mid-range, totally fine. Probably would have gone for western breakfast after 12 days in Japan, Japanese breakfast is set, not a buffet."

"Probably the best family option if you happen to be in this area. Walking distance to the Aeon mall, which has some restaurants. Loved the breakfast buffet!"

"Rihga Royal Hotel Niihama is a wonderful hotel. About 12 minutes from the train station by taxi. The Rihga staff was fantastic. They are friendly, helpful, and polite, and will assist with anything you need help with. Check in and check out were super easy, and room was cleaned each morning. We had never stayed here before, but were left impressed by Rihga Royal Hotel Niihama."

"The location is good, all staffs are very kind, and amenities are useful enough. Also there’s “Don Quijote” nearby. Good to stay."

"Disappointed with the paid parking at Kochi, but this hotel in Saijo provides spacious parking spots right in front of the hotel. A convenience store is just 1 min away and the location is close to wonderful selection of various restaurants within 5 minutes of walk. The breakfast was surprisingly good, just don't expect some level of fancy hotels or resorts. I'd visit there again if I am to bring my rental car."

"The Japanese style room is as close to a ryokan stay as you can get. Try the Japanese breakfast - both the Japanese and western breakfast was plentiful, nutritious and tasty. Staff service, friendliness and attentiveness was impeccable. We truly enjoyed our stay. Around the corner to the Dogo Onsen (historic onsen that recently
reopened) although we didn’t visit, seeing the building (at night) is impressive. We can to visit the shrines and do a tiny Henro - this is walkable to the Ishitige Shrine and others close by. Wonderful stay - and getting a room with the in room onsen was very a nice indulgence. "
