"We spent two nights in Annecy and it was a SUPERB experience. The hotel is located near the bus station and is walkable distance from the old town and nearby mall. The front desk staff, especially Dima, Lina, and Estelle went above and beyond to make our stay very special. They gave us great recommendations, helped with dinner reservations, and actively helped reschedule our transfer. The staff has fluency in English which made communication easier and more pleasant.
We would definitely book again for our next Annecy visit.

"Although far from the center of beautiful Annecy, the hotel is very accessible by public transportation, with a bus stop only a few minutes away by foot. Big grocery stores are also within walking distance, which makes it very handy when you are travelling with family and don't want to spend a ton of money on restaurants. There is not much to do around the hotel, but it means the area is very quiet. We also appreciated the tables outside in front of the lobby, where we played cards in the evening. If we have the chance to return to Annecy one day, we will look into staying at this hotel again. "
