This required a local train which runs every 30 mins or so. There were some restaurants close by and we both enjoyed the Onsen baths. So swings and roundabouts but enjoyed our stay."

"Its a unique type of hotel staying in a converted shipping container but i like it! Very comfortable and everything was brand new and clean. It was honestly bigger than my Tokyo hotel and it had free parking. They even give you a snack meal for each day you stay per person. Didnt expect that at all. The staff are friendly and helpful; the room is large, clean, and comfortable; the bath is big and the shower pressure is strong. The bathroom looks much nicer than the standard tiny unit one most hotels have.
They offer plenty of amenities at check in, and have a range of items available for free loans if you need them, e.g. phone chargers. I will definitely be visiting Alpha-1 again.
