For a property listed as 2 stars but misleadingly advertised as 3 stars on Hotels.com, the quality and service were completely unacceptable. Considering the high price, I expected much better. This hotel is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced, and the rating needs to be adjusted to reflect the actual standards."
