Room had the usual facilities as well as a microwave with crockery etc. Bathroom a little dated but functional.
Location is next to a tourist attraction, The Clog Barn,with miniature Dutch village and coffee shop/resraurant. This was ideal for a decent coffee and brunch the next morning.
