"We had a wonderful stay at Teranea. They were helpful and nice to us. The room was great, it had everything you want and it was clean. We had a balcony with viev and the beds were confortable. Nice pool and breakfast. The only thing we should have done is to take a taxi with the luggage, because it was a bit of a challenge to get there with the luggage, but when you are there, it is worth it. "

The location of the hotel was superb, quiet street but just a few minutes walk to the centre of town and tourist area for cafe, bars and restaurants. The staff were also very friendly. The only negative is the description, which says the hotel has a restaurant, bar and cafe. In fact the hotel has no facilities at all. So as an excellent room and location, highly recommended but don’t get confused over the listing."
"The hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Old Town Split. Plus the staff, such as Marija went above and beyond for me, even going so far as to allow early check in , help with local restaurants and attractions and other helpful things.
The rooms were spacious and luxurious and the next day breakfasr was lovely.
I throughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend for others."

"The hotel is ideally located a short distance to Split Riva and nearby beach. There are many options of restaurants in the neighborhood. The breakfast is great with many options. What I really liked is that if you have an evening departure like we did, the hotel allows you to check out on time but give you a pass to use the facilities such as the pool and wellness center. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. All the staff are courteous and helpful. The reception staff even tried to help me with my transportation when it was delayed. I would definitely stay here again. "
"This hotel is right in the center of the promenade, by the castle. However don’t bring lots of luggage as cars can’t get up to the steps - it is in a pedestrian area.
It is tucked away , difficult to find first time so talk to hotel for directions beforehand.

I would say the hotel is slightly older style compared to a lot of European hotels but I knew that even I booked.
Close to Split airport and even closer to the Bura Lines ferry terminal which was only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Hotel is right on the waterfront and easy to walk from here.
Breakfast was fine. Maybe the hot selection wasn’t to my liking but there was fresh bread and yoghurt and a selection of hot drinks.
My room was a pleasant surprise having a sitting area and two beds.
