"Lovely hotel with great amenities "

"The front desk was great. I upgraded my room and needed to move but they let me stay in my old room until the new room was ready. It was on the same floor and it was very convenient to move down the hall. The hotel was within walking distance to sites and restaurants. It was an awesome location. They also provided a small refrigerator in the room that was stocked with water, soda, wine, candy, chips, popcorn, and coffee. It was all complimentary which is amazing and doesn’t happen in the USA ever. I can’t wait to return to London someday soon. Oh they also have a Starbucks in the hotel! It was perfect for me and my son. "

"This hotel what’s like my knight and shining armor. I had checked into a hotel that was disgusting and I had to last minute find a hotel that would be suitable. I checked ratings and I found Z hotel on Fleet Street. I cannot tell you how happy I was to check in there and find out how lovely it was! A real hotel! The staff were amazing. They were very helpful and friendly to check in was a breeze. The breakfast the next morning was wonderful. I cannot say enough about this hotel. It was so comfortable and I felt so great there after a horrendous experience at the hotel that I had originally booked thank you hotel Z for making my stay so great!"

"The standout for me, aside from the location, is the incredible plumbing. Silly as it sounds you can fill a deep bath with scalding hot water in about 90 seconds, as an engineer at heart i find it so impressive that a hotel this size can do this 24/7. Staff are brilliant and so attentive. Rooms arent anything special but the amenities are all there and they are clean, and again with everything within a 20 min walk, from theaters to restaurants to the major train stations, its a great choice. After 2 stays, this is now my "go to" for a night a the theatre in London."

"A visibly stunning Hotel which retains its British Victoriana charm. The staff were all found to be pleasant and helpful the bedroom we stayed in was a good ample size with a comfortable bed the shower took some working out but we got there in the end. I would definitely stay at this hotels again as its location is excellent 👌 "

"This hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious (we had a family suite room), the breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The hotel is right across the street from the V&A and Natural History Museums and short walk to Harrods or a tube station, dinning and shops. Access to the pool depends on the schedule of the health club next door (swimming lessons etc)- looks like drop-in swim time is mostly on the weekends in the morning. The hop on/off bus stop was two steps away from the entrance. I would return to this hotel!"

"This hotel was the best choice and everything we needed. It was reasonably priced, extremelly well located, right next to the beautiful Tower Bridge over Thames and the Tower of London, very close to buses and underground transportation- the Tower Hill Station. It provided an excellent hot breakfast with personalized omelets, an English breakfast and cold cuts, fruits, pastries and good coffee. It also has a restaurant on site with outdoor seating and gorgeous views at dinner. The rooms are quiet and clean, with comfortable beds and great duvets, equipped with AC. The hotel replenishes daily bottles of water in the room, which we appreciated a lot. The entire staff was really nice and welcoming, but we would like to give special kudos to one special staff member who made our stay extra enjoyable: Narcisa Chirita, who went the extra mile to ensure that we had everything we need, and brightened our day with her greetings and pleasant conversation. Also, she saved us from missing our flight and having to pay for another flight overseas because of going to the airport with no passports. Soon after checkout, she contacted us to let us know that we had forgotten our passports, debit cards, insurance cards, driver's license and some cash in the safe. Had it not been for Narcisa, we would have experienced a really stressful and upsetting situation. So, again, many thanks, Narcisa Chirita! We appreciate your kind and thoughtful gesture! We will be visiting again!"

"Our room was nice, customer service was excellent. Location is walking distance to Big Ben and some other historical areas. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. "

"The room was very small and compact but fine for one person - def not suitable for two. I can't fault the cleanliness of the room and hotel. There were 3 hooks for hanging clothes but very close to door which wasnt great - maybe consider having a few more hooks for hanging clothes and damp towels. Was right beside a busy pub and police station so felt pretty safe at nightime. Would definitely consider staying here again. "

"Front desk and bell-hop were very friendly and helpful. Room is as expected - not too big - but with beautiful view. Our room was located in the 12th flr which makes it convenient to visit 12 knot. We had our drinks in their rooftop overlooking the river thames. The hotel location is walking distance to many attractions. Overall, highly recommended."

"The hotel was immaculate throughout. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed two chocolates upon checking in, bags were stored for us as our room was not ready early. The bed was extremely comfortable, AC was excellent and easy to use. Lights were electronic controls but easily learned. Shower water pressure was great. Felt very comfortable here."

"This hotel is right across the street from the most convenient London Underground station. We stayed here after coming in on an early Eurostar train from Paris. The front desk was kind enough to give us one of our rooms early so we could store all our luggage and have a bit of a rest before visiting the British museum (also not far from this hotel). After staying in an apartment style hotel in the high street Kensington area this place was smaller, but we really liked the convenience to the trains and it’s a well maintained hotel. "

"We have stayed here before which is why we returned. The rooms are comfortable (especially the beds / pillows). Our room was at the back of the hotel where there was building work going on outside. It was rather hot so we needed to open the windows and the noise in the morning did disturb us. We asked if we could move rooms and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We moved to another room which was cooler and less noisy. The bar and food is nice enough. Large open space. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. I’m gluten intolerant and the breakfast manager took me around to check what was suitable for me. I couldn’t fault our overall experience. The location is perfect for getting around London with the tube station about 50m from the front of the hotel (not that we used it much) except to and from Victoria coach station. "
