I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights at $279 per room with a whooping total of $837. They refunded me $279 for the one room and kept the rest of the money. The cancellation policy did not state strict cancellation regardless of the situation such as death or act of nature. We were devastated that we were not able to travel to Palawan...

"You won't find a more unique, beautiful, thoughtful, artistic place in all of Coron!! Every part of Outpost was beautiful. The restaurant was absolutely delicious and I really liked their tap card that you can use during your stay.
I booked a private room, which was very clean and tidy. The mattress was very, very firm which is suitable for those who like a firm mattress but unfortunately for myself it was extremely uncomfortable.
It's their down season so maybe that's why there is so much...

Rizza the host is so warm n attentive to our needs. having Rambo, i consider him the dog host, is very comforting for me. kayaking around the mangroves just by the property was one of the activities i truly enjoyed. will definitely stay there again in the future. The hotel pool is nice and lookout at the top of hotel had a nice view of Coron island and the pier . I liked that the hotel was close to town proper but a little bit away so was quieter. Excellent choice for Coron Hotel , again the staff were so great !"

"Great staff service from the front desk, to the restautant, housekeepingand the security guard. Everyone's kind and welcoming, always greeting you when they see you walking around the place. The property is right by the water, which offers a great view of the nearby islands. There was a storm when I was there and it rained a lot, there were some areas that had some water leaks due to the rain, nut the staff was proactive in moving guests that may have been affected by it. I would stay here again."

>They offer airport to resort to airport transfers for a fee if less than 8 persons but if you are a group of 8, the van is free. We were a group of 16, so we only paid for the second van.
>The resort offers private island lifestyle and offer breakfast/lunch/dinner for an extra charge (very reasonable pricing, mostly Filipino food menu)
> Private beach
> Free use of kayaks
> Seaview rooms with private balconies
> Wonderful staff (special mention to Nanay Auie, Ate Aiza, Ma’am Meryl and our drivers)
> Clean rooms
> La Estancia can book your island hopping and Coron activities and coordinate with trusted tour agencies (they made sure we enjoyed and were safe with our Coron tour)
> They can make you lunch picnic for your island hopping for a separate fee (again very reasonable pricing and delicious fresh food/drinks). Our family went to Black Island and Debotunay Island

> Far from town proper ( 1.5 from airport/ 2 hrs to Coron), so if you want night life, this is not your kind of resort
> Internet was slow (but then again, if you want to get away…)this was just fine for us. My son was still able to log on and take his summer online classes/tests.
> As of July 2025, they don’t take major credit cards ( they take cash, money transfers thru paypal/gcash) My advise is to please ask resort for updates before your stay.
