"Nice hotel! Wonderful location right off beach. Walkable to many restaurants. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with good options. Room was clean and average for European standards. Nice sitting area outside for meals and drinks. Air conditioning was a big plus since it was very hot and humid while we were there "

"HIGHLY recommend this place. It’s very easy to get to, offers parking, and is only a short walk from the beach! Very convenient location. Breakfast is included as well and the staff were so helpful and friendly! If you’re going to Cinque Terre I’d recommend staying in Monterosso and then visiting the other villages via train which is super easy (plus the hotel offers a discount on the Cinque Terre card which allows you to take the train as much as you want for a 24 hour period). "Claudia was a lovely hostess, checking in and recommending area spots to visit. The hotel is perfectly located steps from a beautiful beach and restaurants. The room is small for 3 people but the warmth of the hostess makes up for it. The breakfast is wonderful and delicious with again the grace of Claudia hosting you. The hotel is wonderful about the check out day offering luggage storage and shower and towels for post beach. HIghly recommend this in the most beautiful towns of the Cinque!!"

"Loved my stay at La Zorza! Super easy to find—right through the pedestrian tunnel from the train station and just a few steps uphill. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect since the entrance is tucked behind a restaurant and up a short staircase, but it ended up being a great surprise. I was traveling solo, and the staff kindly helped carry my suitcase to the room, which I really appreciated. Each day I came back from exploring one of the five terres to fresh towels and a neatly made bed. The shower was a bit small with limited space to move around, but it was totally manageable. For the price and location, it was excellent value. There are great restaurants all around and easy access to the train station. I’d happily stay again!"
"The view from our balcony room was amazing! The owners were very helpful and nice. The location is perfect right by the beach. The room came with a coffee maker and snacks. Loved our stay!"
"Great location! Monica is simply the best. We left early in the morning. She arranged our transportation and even packed a little breakfast for the way."
"Awesome stay in Monterosso, close to everything: beach, train station, restaurants. Freshly breakfast every morning with freshly brewed coffee. 100% recommended!"
"This is really a lovely apartment with perfect location in Vernazza, close to the beach, town piazza and the Cinque Terre trekking path. You’ll climb steps as others have mentioned, but no more than you would climb for any hotel or abnb in the Cinque Terre. The restaurant linked to the hotel is very good and they offer a 10% discount for Nicoline guests. Overall a great stay, would book again without hesitation."
"Very pleasent hotel room with a lovely shower and air conditioning. Featured a balcony open to all guests with stunning views, and was in an incredible location. "
"This was our favorite place to stay in a 23 day trip to Europe visiting many locations.
The view is worth a million dollars!
It may be tricky to find, but the reviews were helpful. We arranged a taxi to pick us up near the train station (25 €) and also at pick up time.
We walked to the town through the path from the location. We are not hikers but yet we did a pretty good job and enjoyed the views and nature all the way down. To come up, we took a bus (towards Sn. Bernardino ) and then walked for about 15 minutes to our location. The staff was nice and prepared a really nice breakfast for us both days. We really enjoyed our stay there. "
"Property is perfectly located near the beach, shopping and eating. Easy train ride to other towns. Make sure you understand the parking situation if you drive!! "
"This hotel was our favorite stay in our entire Italy trip. Very attentive staff: Claudia and Melania were very nice. Their breakfast was delicious. I would definitely come back to this hotel if we visit Cinque Terre again. I highly recommend Locanda A Cà Du Gigante! "
"This is a great hotel with perfect access to the Cinque Terre. Riomaggiore is undoubtedly the most charming of the five villages in the Cinque Terre. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The hotel owners were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had all we needed for a day of exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to come back there with family and friends. "
"Great location, newly renovated modern apartment. Partial sea views. This apartment is self-check in, which if you follow the information sent is easy to follow. The apartment is up a very inclined set of stairs on the 5th floor. This can be a challenge with luggage and going in and out all day, however, the apartment was totally worth it. "
"Very friendly and accommodating staff with great suggestions for things to do in and around Vernazza. Really appreciated their accommodating us with a last minute stay request "
"Great room. Steep stairs up but host helped us with our bags which was so great. Comfortable bed, very clean. The management group was great, luggage storage and towel rentals was awesome on our last day so we could spend it in on the beach in Monterosso "
"We had an amazing stay in one of the three street level suites. The terrace offers incredible views. The suite was fantastic, new, clean and fresh. The service was excellent.
Be prepared to travel by car, bus or taxi to Riomaggiore as it is a 10 minute trip to town.
If you are without a car, don't count on a taxi. There is only one in the area.
The bus stop is close, and altough the bus does come regulalry/hourly, for some it could be a challenging factor relying on the bus.
Overall, a wonderful hotel.
Also, check out the restaurant/bar 290m down the road. Worth the busy road walk!
