"The Park Plaza Hotel is a charming, quaint, gem located in the center of Winter Park’s Historic District. There is so much to see and do in this area. We shopped William Sonoma, Talbots, Pottery Barn, Lululemon or little boutiques and stores. We visited the Morse Museums, walked through Rollins College Campus, and took a scenic boat ride.
The Hotel is within walking distance from it all. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They always had bottles of water and coffee ready. "
"It was just a short drive to Universal or Disney. Everything was clean and staff was so helpful. Breakfast was very good and anything missing was resolved by staff immediately. Loved the tea selection!"

"I stay here several times a year when I visit family in the area. Always a good experience! I know it’ll be clean. The little kitchenettes in the room is perfect if you don’t want to eat out all the time. The breakfast is good & has different options every day. I usually travel solo when I stay here & I feel safe. "

Not a fan of pillow top mattress. Very uncomfortable when it’s old. Seating in suites are uncomfortable. Could have just been our particular room… but we stay here a lot and I see a change in upkeep. The common areas are kept very clean though. "

"Excellent hotel. Clean, amazing front desk staff. Only downside was the bar/food counter was out of several items. We ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup but they were out of soup. Guy asked if we'd take a salad as a substitute. The salad was a bowl of arugula. No dressing or any other ingredients. We were too tired to walk back downstairs to ask for salad dressing.
Overall super great stay.... just check your food order before going back to your room! "
