"A.N.C. is a great place, very accommodating the coffe in the lobby is a very sweet little treat too. Its close to our family and a great hike, the gym is great, parking easy, easy to get int our unit, we had breakfest on the balcony. Also, a third party manages this apartment in conjunction with Hotels.com so it very much complicates the communication process and was an annoyance when it came to my being notified by its property manager that I hadn’t paid in full when in actuality Hotels.com had already given me a receipt. "I was in Phoenix to attend events at the convention center and the location of the Renaissance was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the on site restaurant/bar and staff were great. There were a several convenient restaurants in the area as well. The accommodates were top notch. Rooms were large and there was a large closet in the bathroom area as well. Bathrooms were set up nicely with the shower and toilet in an area separate from the sinks which is alway nice when multiple people are trying to get ready. Beds were soooo comfortable! I will definitely stay here again."
