"Beautiful room. Great service. The pumps for the conditioner, shampoo and body wash don’t pump easily and the bottles were hard to read. The spa uses the room’s bath. I would rather bathe in a larger pool of hot mineral water. I could have set up my own bath."
"This hotel is perfectly situated. So many dining options and great shopping within walking distance, and just two short blocks from the Uptown Theater. Access to the Napa River walk path is nearby, great for a morning exercise walk or stroll with morning coffee. All of the staff that we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. I'll be back!"

"Loved the vibe and the room was nice. The vibe around the hotel was healthy and chill. The bar has good drinks and the kitchen with outdoor seating is perfect for lounging in the sun. Our favorite part was the filtered water available in the lobby and the mineral bath soak pool and cold water bucket dump feature. We will be back for sure. "
"I loved this hotel! Lovely room, comfortable bed perfect location. Calistoga is such a cute little town we enjoyed our stay, and will plan to stay longer next time. I will say that the claw foot tub/shower combo was a bit uncomfortable in that the plastic shower curtain was so "bunchy" that it was difficult to keep it from touching you while you showered. Maybe they could cut the plastic panel a bit to stretch it out? I liked the bath products used--great smelling! The hot springs tub was closed for repairs, which was unfortunate. But the bottle of wine as a consolation prize was well done!"

"I had made a mistake 2 years ago and forgot to cancel my reservation, 100% my fault. They were incredibly nice and didn't charge me for my room, even though they had every right to. This was our next trip to Napa from Minnesota, and made sure we (2 couples) stayed there to thank them for their kindness. Great location for a wine trip. All the staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was very nice...coffee, juice, milk, a few hot items, cereal, coffee cake, fresh fruit, cookies at 6:00 pm. Rooms were very clean, dated... but the hotel had a very warm "homey" feel to it

"The staff was very kind. The hotel was very easy to get to . The breakfast was great in the morning. The only complaint I had would be the Plugins between the beds for your charging would not hold the charger. They were loose The alarm clock was also very crazy it was not working properly."
