"Aside from the room needing a slight upgrade, the bathroom smelled wet due to not having vents to remove the steam after showering, I had to go out and purchase a plug in. The hotel was nice & quiet. Excellent location to Universal, lots of amenities for a seven year old, she especially liked the ice cream parlor and splash pad. I will stay again. Bathroom needs upgrading for sure. "

There is no elevator in that section of the hotel, so if you’re on the 3rd floor, you will get some exercise. The hotel has a nice pool, with a lazy river, and the beach is right across the street. The room had a refrigerator, stove with oven, a microwave, and coffee maker. "

"Everything was good here. My only problem with it was the confusing organization of the three towers and the elevators and the parking. There was no air conditioning to escape to in the main towers, and no air conditioning in the elevators. We were there during a big heat wave though. Everywhere was sweltering. "
