"no pool !!no gym!! could not get the wi-fi to work front desk tried to help but just gave up wasn't a problem with just my phone my wife had same problem with her phone the continental breakfast was just okay bagels were awful. How Hilton could put their name on this new more budget brand was expecting something better with the Hilton name though I understand it was a cheaper version of Hilton I mean no gym no pool no wi-fi sill was $250 a night is unacceptable !!! Definitely better value at...

"I’ve stayed at many properties at Mackinaw City. Each year I travel to the UP and Mackinaw City is a mid-point in my trip. The Hamilton will be my go-to from now on. The rooms are spacious. The beach was fun for my grandkids as was the pool. "
"Hotel is on an amazing beach on Lake Huron. Great beach bar outside and fire pits on the beach at night. Had a balcony room and the view was awesome. Complimentary breakfast was just okay. Hotel is dated but clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Calling it a “resort” is a bit of a stretch. The concierge was not helpful and answered my questions with one word answers. Indoor pool and jacuzzi are nice. On site restaurant was pretty good for dinner and what would be considered fine dining for up north. "
