"Beautiful, new boutique hotel in a great location. We had a julet balcony room, which was a fair size and comfortable. The rooftop pool has great views across HCMC. Good breakfast offer and welcoming and warm staff. Would stay again!"

Called owner and maintenance staffs to request cleaning several times, They promised to come, but never showed up.
It is very difficult to contact with the property owner, called them but they didn't pick up the phone.

"Do not stay here. I preface my comments by saying I am a gold member and have never complained before. The room had black mould in the ceiling and in the shower. There were numerous items not supplied ie designer toiletries, dressing gowns, safe, daily housekeeping dryer, turndown service, the list goes on. We were meet on arrival by two guys that made us feel uncomfortable the whole stay. Neither myself of hotels could contact owner to try and rectify the numerous complaints. So nothing was...
