"Had a great stay. The hotel is located in the heart of Krakow and walkable to key sites and transportation. Being on a main pedestrian street, it can get a little noisy, but the hotel provides earplugs for sleeping. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would stay again "
"Great location and quality to price ratio. Very comfortable and well fitted room, except for my pillow and a heating that doesn’t go below 19 which was too warm for me. Still 5⭐️ would definitely come back when in Krakow "
"Breakfast was lovely mix of cold meats, cheeses, friuit and bread. Hot options also available. Food was ljvely and fresh. Room was clean, wee bit tired round the edges but bed really comfortable and free prosecco on arrival and free (non alcohol) mini bar was very welcome. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful."
