"The hostel is nice and in good condition. Very nice room with a private outdoor area. The service from the front desk is weak. No smiles, no extra help, information about anything. They don’t have a luggage storage, which is says it does online. They couldn’t help with either earlier check in or luggage storage or late check out.

"This is a very nice airport hotel. Everything is brand new & very clean. The room is very small but nice furnishings. The shower was very clean. There's a nice restaurant on the first floor. Breakfast was good. Fruit, yogurt, meats & cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, vegetables, pastries. Very nice staff. Only 9 min drive from airport. DO NOT take a taxi here. We did because uber was taking too long and they charged us 89€.

"Perfect stay and very warm, welcoming and helpful staff. Had to unexpected go with 2 small kids alone and staff was so attentive during our stay. I got help to pay for a cab (as the machine did not work and I arrived without money) and also extended my days with a lot of flexibility.
Hotel overall is for sure 4 star, but for us service was 5 star from the staff. The only issue we had in our room (suite 6 floor) was internet connection. It may not be an issue on other floor / rooms. "

"My sister and I stayed here and thought it was a fabulous hotel. I had made a mistake and reserved the wrong room type and the staff were incredibly helpful and did everything in their power to make sure we were in a room that suited us.
Everything was clean and comfortable. Great drink options from the hotel bar, we loved the sushi restaurant and there were spectacular views from the pool area. It was in a great location to the town. It was a quick walk down and we would rent scooters to come back as there was a slight hill. I would love to come back again. "

"Great hotel in the best neighborhoods. Although they do advertise free parking but they only have 6 spots so you have to park in the street and pay. Not fun getting up early to run to your car to add a pay ticket first thing in the morning.
Most of the staff is pleasant but I do feel they should hire a more experienced staff. Some were outstanding but they didn’t work weekends and the others were young and inconsistent with their service. One lady in the dining room was awful and refused to get us a glass juice. it was odd but the food was great. And overall a good experience . "

"We had an amazing 3 night break at Casa Vela and would highly recommend. Excellent location - approx 10 min to walk to downtown Cascais. The studio was very clean (and cleaned every day) and private. The staff team were lovely and very helpful. We plan to return again next summer. The only minor downside was that the kitchenette had very little in the way of utensils (basic pots and pans, cutlery and sharp knives only) there were no cloths to wipe the surfaces and no condiments (salt/pepper/olive oil) Nonetheless this in no way detracted from the beautiful setting!
