Dois pontos apenas que merecem atenção: Comida (buffet jantar) deixou a desejar... poucas opções de carnes e frutos do mar. Fui muitas vezes quando este era o Plaza Itapema. Os novos proprietários fizeram péssimas reformas onde não precisava e onde precisava mesmo (quartos) pouco fizeram. A ignorância é gigante que cercaram tudo e para qualquer lugar você precisa do cartão (chave). Ontem esqueci o cartão dentro do apartamento, não podia sair de carro, não podia chegar na recepção, não podia ir em lugar algum, fiquei realmente preso, e ainda sem ter um interfone para comunicar com a recepção, que por sinal você tem que descobrir que para chamar do telefone do quarto é*10, pois ninguém informou o número da recepção. Funcionários sem vontade de trabalhar e comida de péssima qualidade. Pra quem conheceu o Plaza Itapema, e conhece agora este "novo" hotel é uma decepção extrema. Posso retornar... Quando souber que mudou o dono!
