Excellent hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The 2 Double rooms with balcony also had an area with wardrobes and room to store our luggage, there was also a sitting area in the first bedroom. (Photos taken just before check out so beds not made) The staff were very friendly and helpful. On check in I was even presented with a welcome glass of Prosecco! The hotel breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The location is right next to the main train station and an easy walk to the Old Town. For a good value dinner try Leo’s Brasserie. Not far from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent and very friendly staff. The room was very spacious. The hotel is near the main railway station with a tram just passing by, which comes with the expected pros and cons.

Highly recommend it. Extremely friendly staff. Much better priced than the hotels adjacent to the train station. This hotel is much cheaper and only two minutes walk to the station.

Very reasonable price for the night. Was offered a glass of champagne upon my arrival. Wonderfully spacious & quiet suite of rooms. Terrific staff. Will come here again. Just a 10 minute walk over to the new fine arts museum in a pedestrian area with interesting restaurants & a lovely park.

Good room in great location, with minor issues

Overall had a good experience, spacious room with mini fridge (mini bar) and desk, very conveniently located close to the main station which made getting around super easy! I just have a few small complaints but all in all the visit was good. My issues, in order of severity, are the following: 1) The bathroom had a full length window with shutters that didn't fully close all the way. When sitting on the toilet I was literally able to see people on the street below, which was obviously uncomfortable from a privacy perspective. They probably couldn't see me as well as I saw them, but it still made me feel uneasy to the point where I turned the lights off when showering. Bathroom windows like that should be frosted or something for privacy! Addditionally, the shutters were on the outside and when it was windy they made a fair bit of noise. 2) I had a corner room and it seemed the wifi signal was struggling to reach me. I always had only one wifi bar, and I lost connection if I took my phone into the bathroom. I had to reconnect a few times per day, which was annoying. 3) Though it wasn't a huge deal, it somewhat bothered me that the lightning in the room wasn't very good. When getting back in the evening when it was dark outside, I'd turn on every light but it was still quite dim (except the bathroom which got very bright) All things considered I'd rate my experience a 7/10, would be happy to stay here again!

Freundewochenende in einer Suite

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und mit einem Sekt/Saft begrüßt. Konnten sogar eine Std eher rein. Hotel super zentral. Keine 5 min zum Bahnhof. Wir hatten eine Suite zu viert. Zwei grosse Räume mit eigenem Doppelbett, Bad mit Dusche und einem Balkon mit Sitzmöbel. In jedem Zimmer TV und elektrische Jalousien. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Es stand überall eine Kanne Kaffee, aber man konnte sich auch etwas anderes bestellen. Auswahl und Qualtiät top. 3 verschieden Rührei, hart gekochte Eier, frisches Obst, Joghurt, Kuchen, Müsli usw. Für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Sollten wir mal wieder in Leipzig sein, werden wir wieder kommen.

Schönes Hotel, aber laute Straßenbahn

Wirklich ein gutes Hotel, allerdings sind die Fenster zu hellhörig und die Straßenbahn ist dadurch sehr laut im Zimmer. Hierfür gibt es Schallschutzfenster, die leider nicht verbaut sind.

Unser Aufenthalt im Best Western Plus Royal Suites war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war schön groß und gemütlich und die Entfernung zur Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof optimal. Das Frühstücksbuffet hielt eine gute und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl bereit, lediglich ein paar vegane Alternativen wären wünschenswert. Das Personal fiel durch angenehme Freundlichkeit auf!
