The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was included and very tasty. Our room was bare bones, the toilet didn't seem to work properly and we were kind of concerned the sheets hadn't been properly cleaned. Other than that, we'd recomdend this hostel still to anyone simply because of the friendliness of the staff.

Vacation Review Budget First off, we do like to take vacations that are “luxurious” but we also take a lot of low budget trips to go away more often and see new places. This review is a budget review 2 things matter most to us 1 cleanliness and 2 a pool We are content with a basic room as long as we have beds and a bathroom and they are clean (a TV is nice but we have devices to watch content on) Cleanliness rating 9 Room rating 5, the room with the sofa bed is too uncomfortable to sleep on and had weak water pressure and the AC leaked into the room, the rooms are small but that was expected. Room amenities, AC, TV Hotel/condo/VRBO rating 7 Amenities, pool Pool rating 10, good sun and shade as sun sets with warm water Staff rating 10 Restaurant rating/options, n/a Location to things, a lot close but has to be driven/taxi If you’re looking for budget, I would and wouldn’t recommend, if you need the sofa bed it’s impossible to sleep on If you can share a double or are single I’d go back This review does not take restaurant food in the consideration There are plenty of (excellent) options nearby in driving distance

El espacio está muy bien, son pequeños los cuartos pero bien, solo deben de reubicar los aires acondicionados que generan humedad dentro de cuarto y no está padre oler todo el tiempo a humedad. La ubicación lejos pero en medio de la naturaleza, muy rico! Área de oportunidad el arreglar la humedad. Yo quitaría los cojines alrededor de las camas, tendría más espacio la habitación

Las habitaciones falta un poco de mantenimiento al igual que la entrada hacia el hotel mucho pasto y para el que no conoce es algo difícil. En cuanto al personal la chica de recepción muy amable con las indicaciones, la alberca muy agradable para pasar la tarde

Pesimo hotel

Al llegar nos recibiero muy bie, llevamos añrededor de las 7 pm . Las fotos de la habitación están muy bonitas, sin embargo al ingresar no es lo mismo, acabados de quinta, el colchon terrible, y lo peor de todo no salía agua, a la mañana siguiente salí a recepción y el chico me atendió como si eso fuera cosa que no hubiera agua, con toda tranquilidad me dijo voy a ver el motor del agua, al final salió el agua pero un chorrito que no pide bañarme. Honestamente es un robo. Hacen creer por las fotos que vas a llegar a un espacio pequeño pero bonito y funcional. Definitivamente nos robaron.
