Cute boutique hotel
Great little boutique hotel in Seneca Falls. Cute comfortable clean rooms. Would have loved a better breakfast but it was fine.

The location was good, easy to park etc. And the hotel and rooms were nice. Even the fitness room looked good. But the breakfast was terrible. Coffee urn was mostly empty, the toaster was broken, and bagels and cold cereal the only options. Not even sure it qualified as breakfast.

Cheers for not being far from the rock show DeLago
Yeah it was alright. Not much of a breakfast option though. However not to far from the del Lago casino and resort to see The Struts perform. Excellent bar restaurant around the block on falls street called the red brick pub kitchen and cocktails. Food was phenomenal!

Cute Spot, Pricey for lack of Amenities
The Gould is a really cute upgraded boutique hotel in the middle of downtown Seneca Falls. We enjoyed it a lot but it seemed that the restaurant and bar should be open for 300 a night. We would definitely return if they were. Also kudos for being so pet friendly, definitely a good spot for dog owners.

This is an older facility which has been well modernized with good space and satisfactory appointments. If you like seeing older places well redeveloped you should like the Gould

Clean hotel, ok location
Decent hotel and staff was very friendly. A little pricey for what it is, but I had to book on short notice. The location is just ok. Lots of history in the area, but many of the sites listed were closed or merely markers.

No hotel access during listed hours. 0 stars.
Hotel noted 24/7 front desk and check in until midnight. Several parties arrived from a local event beginning around 11:40pm to find a locked front door and no employees on site, even after contacting local police to gain entry to the building. Had to drive another 2 hours to find a hotel with availability.

Beautiful space that’s woefully understaffed
Beautiful renovation of a historic building with lots of potential. The room was clean and lovely, the bathroom still looked brand new, but this place is woefully understaffed by people who are doing their best but can’t be everywhere they’re needed. It took a while to find someone to check in and out. The restaurant that’s advertised as being on-site must have closed, there was no evidence of one. We had one bath towel for three people. When we requested more, it took a while to get them because it seemed there was only once person working in the whole building. Not sure what would have happened in any emergency. I’d say give this place a chance, but be prepared going in.
