Pésimo servicio. La habitación que reservé ya se la habían dado a otra persona , cuando quise pagar me dijeron que su terminal no servía. Muy mal. Pensaba regresar por trabajo pero no lo haré nunca. Es muy molesto y la actitud de la persona en la recepción. Pésima!!

La alberca estaba muy sucia y argumentaron que nonla habian limpiado porque la gente no dejaba de usarla. Por la noche es posible limpiarla ya que no se usa.

El agua tarda mucho en salir caliente. La madrugada del sábado tenían reunión y no dejaban dormir, por lo que concluyo que fueron personas conocidas del lugar.

Hice la reservacion y pago por esta plataforma y estuve una noche. Cuando llegué a las 8 de la noche nos recibió una persona que no tenía la menor idea y al otro día igual. Les dejé el recibo de EXPEDIA y el pago y 10 hrs después me llaman para cobrarme. CÓMO?? Si la reserva no procede sin q se pague antes en la plataforma. FATAL!!
