The spa was a nice surprise, great pool. The rooms was huge, but no aircon, so very warm in the summer. The bar was never attended, so difficult to get beverages at any time. The food was limited in choice and average quality. But the location is stunning.

A nice hotel in a fantastic location

We had a lovely stay in a family suite. Spacious and modern. We would have liked a balcony, however. The beds were comfortable enough, the internet worked great, even when we had several devices connected. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet doesn't have loads of choice, but is tasty. The evening meals are the same. A small amount of options and small portions, but delicious. The pools are great and the pool area is clean, with complimentary tea, coffee and water to drink. The walks around the hotel reward you with stunning views.

Da vi gĂžr opmĂŠrksom pĂ„ det, starter receptionisten med at lyv og flader det derefter ud, uden nogensinde at komme tilbage, med det lovede svar. Betjeningen i restauranten var virkeligt ring. Maden ok, uden at vĂŠre prangende. VĂŠrelsets terrasse var ikke velholdt og virkede ikke ren. Wellness omrĂ„de ok. Fitness faciliteter virkeligt gode. Environnement calme et isolé belle suite,piscine et hammam sympa. Pour le petit déjeuner malheureusement 40 mns avant la fermeture rien n'était renouvelé. Pour avoir un chocolat faut demandé car pas en libre service. Chien bienvenue dommage quil faille le laisser dans la chambre.. le fauteuil qui sert de lit pour 2 enfants est trop étroit surtout pour des garçon de 15 et 17 ans un de mes fils a dormi avec nous faute de place suffisante.

Bon séjour en couple

Nous revenons de 7 jours passes dans cet hotel ; nous avons demande Ă  changer de chambre au bout de 3 jours comme notre chambre double 299 ne comportait aucune penderie, uniquement des etageres, incroyable pour un hotel 4sup ; nous avons ete transfĂ©rĂ© dans une autre chambre double qui elle etait exceptionnelle ! Le buffet d’entrees du soir est tres repetitif par contre les plats principaux et petits dejeuners etaient de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ© Autre surprise, le bar etait fermĂ© deux soirs dans la semaine et n’ouvrait qu’à 20h ce qui nous obligait a prendre l’aperitif Ă  table. Le SPA est trĂšs satisfaisant avec des massages de qualitĂ©. L’hotel est situĂ© en pleine nature avec de belles randonnĂ©es possibles Ă  proximitĂ©. Pour finir nous avons passĂ© une bonne semaine et reviendrons certainement

Stayed one night during the snowstorms of 2023 that shut down large parts of southern Germany and the service and hospitality we received at this hotel were unapparelled. We stayed here just as an overnight after driving all day from Austria but it was one of the most memorable nights on our driving trip around Germany and Austria. Highly recommend!

Das Essen im Hotel ist fantastisch. Die Bedienungen sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett, Service einwandfrei. Das Bett bzw. die Matratze war leider sehr verlegen und nicht gemĂŒtlich. Kissen durchlegen das man mit Nackenweh aufwachte. Der Schlaf war nicht erholsam. Die Wellness Anwendungen waren super, und Freundliches Personal.

Tolle Lage, Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Hatten bei Bezug Zimmer reklamiert und problemlos und serviceorientiert einen tollen Ersatz bekommen. Personal ist sehr engagiert, jedoch zu wenig Personal vor Ort. Optimierung besteht noch in der Organisation der Tischzuweisungen und beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck mit der Kaffeemaschine. Eine Maschine ist zu wenig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dennoch durch den tollen Spa-Bereich und dem sauberen Zimmer dennoch genossen.
