Getting to the property, noticing a lambo dealer next to it along with Holsteins on the other side to the hotel is unmatched. Lobby is a masterpiece.
1. Unfortunately, since checking in, staff at reception Miguel Ramirez and Neivi (manager in charge according to them) they received me and checked me in with the most arrogant and undermining attitude and proceeded to give a room with the worst view to the roof of the mall and they very cute cables.
2. They were suppose to charge $200 for smoking odor fee , which I agreed but they instead charged $275.
3. I extended my stay 2 more nights, got my card requested by Miguel Ramirez and he confirmed it was added. Realized that was not true because coming down from the pool to my room they locked me out. Had to go down to the lobby, wet, half naked on swim trunks to see why I was locked out of my room. They made me wait for a new room, pack my stuff and move to a new room, after charging $275 as a smoking fee. Ridiculous and annoying things no one should ever have to go through at any Westin property.
Miguel Ramirez & Neivy have a lot of room for improvement regarding how they treat the customers since the moment we for check in and through out the whole stay. If they dont enjoy what they do, they should let go as they are hurting the Westin brand.
