Great location near a local market. Close to common transportation. The rooms are very small and there is a slight smell hanging around, but it’s overall a good cheaper place to stay.

Staff didn't seem so friendly and accommodating. Wish they were to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. I would come in and out of the hotel and the person at the front desk always looked stressed and did not give at least a smile or a nod. If you just need a place to sleep, this place is good as it is conveniently located INSIDE the myeongdong shopping street, with lots of dining options outside of the hotel.

The location is perfect as it’s near enough central to the main shopping area. The staff were friendly and while there was a language barrier they showed no frustration. As the hotel is in a building with other businesses a couple of restaurants to be exact I was able to meet people. Felt completely safe I smoke and would go outside at 1pm-3pm as I sometimes suffer from insomnia and never once felt at risk- I am aware not everyone may have this experience but for me the location the facilities and the people were perfect.

Everything was excellent. The only bad thing was that I couldn't bring friends or family to my room when I paid so much money to stay for 9 nights and 10 days. They have to improve on that, but afterward everything was wonderful.

The room picture is misleading. The room area turns out too small. The cleanness is poor. There is yellow dirt on the bed. This is a motel actually. The location is good if you don't mind all the above.

The customer service is very unfriendly. There is nothing much in this hotel. Its just for sleeping and bathing. i have 3 hotels on this Seoul Trip and i think this is the worst. the towels are very yellowish not white anymore. The toilet is very small its like you shower area and toilet area are together. They dont clean the room during 5days stay. While my other accomodation they clean everyday.

This place was not as expected at all. Check in is exactly at 3pm, no one will even be at the counter a minute prior. While I was checking in there was so much construction going on and wires hanging from the ceiling. The hotel is near a cosmetic surgery facility, so the rooms are being used as recover stays for patients. No actual visitors are staying there. They don’t provide actual towels. They only give you a small face towel. The restrooms are located are public, so any business on that floor has access to it! I was so uncomfortable, I ended up leaving a couple hours after check in. I wish I could get a refund!

Stayed for 1 night in shared dorm. No air con in the afternoon and there was no window, making it unbearable to stay in the room. Extremely dissatisfied with the shower, it seems like they share the same boiler for the shower, so when there were others taking shower at the same time, you don't get hot water, water would suddenly become super hot or super cold and the water pressure was not good. Most difficult time in life to take a shower. Additionally, when checking in, the staff mentioned multiple times on keeping the facilities undamaged or they would charge you extra, and it felt like they are assuming you would break something or so.

The staff could not speak English, so communication was difficult to solve my issues. I was confused about the description at the last exit to walk to the hotel. The description says explicitly 'turn right ' when leaving exit 5 but in fact I should have turned to the left. Before I realized this, I crossed a big street and I needed to ask people about the way to Calistar. was confused. The location itself is crowdy so that is almost impossible to get a seat in restaurants around. Very good is the transportation system. But you need to know where you are and where you want to go. There is a special app for this to support you.

Amazing location barely a minutes walk from all the shopping and streetfood in myeongdong but i had some stain on my bed and the walls were covered in big stains too. Everything else was fairly clean. The view was only of the windows of the building across from us but at least we had a big window! You couldn't eat in the room which felt a bit annoying but makes sense too. Couldn't use the tv after a certain time apparently... took a few days to figure it out so we just thought it didn't work at first. Also we could hear our neighbors very clearly. But it was kind of fair for the price and location. Overall i don't think it was bad but i don't think i will return either. We could take warm showers and sleep peacefully which was the important part haha.

Note: Double room / Twin room has NO WINDOW. My work mate checked in first and I realized that the room have no window at all. I did not wished to make any issue since I visited Seoul for work not for leisure so I did not make any complaint. However, unlike its photo, the room DOES NOT HAVE ANY WINDOW. And trust me, having window do make big difference in terms of your breathing comfort. Plus, you can hardly see front desk person when you check-in. (My work mate checked in at 7PM and there was another group of people whom waiting for front desk person to show up) Later 10PM, I again found another groups of people whom waiting for Front desk person to check in.

First of all, the location could not be better! It is a short walk from lines 2 and 4 and close enough to the main Myeongdong hub without being too affected by the noise. Unfortunately, that was really the only positive I had about staying here. I had to wait in the reception while the worker behind the desk showed guests around which wasn’t very necessary. The rooms are extremely tight which was never much of an issue but, because there are no windows, it was far too warm. We were not allowed to put the air con any lower than 25 degrees which didn’t make much difference and people would switch it off through the night. The bedroom light also stays on throughout the night and the curtain does not do a great job at blocking the light so I did not get a full nights sleep for the entirety of my 4 night stay. My biggest negative would be that the
