We were only staying the evening as a pitstop to our next city but it was very convenient located and the shuttle bus to and from the hotel was very helpful! The breakfast buffet had a generous amount of food and was very filling. If I was arriving late in Tokyo again, I would stay here again.

We had an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat the complimentary breakfast due to our flight, but we're hopeful to try the next time we fly through Narita. The rooms are on the smaller side, which made traveling with a child a little difficult, but this is standard for an airport hotel.

We just stayed here 1 night before our flight back home. We liked it because it was clean the staff was nice. Having the shuttle service was very convenient. We used the shuttle to get back to the airport to use the train and do some shopping. The only thing we didn't like were the hard beds. There is a convenience store available but it's the only one for the 2 buildings so it does get super crowded.

Overnight stay from a delayed flight, and it’s really close to the airport and the proce of $99 (AUD) was great. Having the Lawson downstairs is awesome, and the free breakfast too.

Free airport bus shuttle was easy to find and great for us getting to and from airport. We booked this hotel to stay the night before our long flight home so we weren’t travelling early in rush hour with kids and luggage. Rooms were small but had everything we needed. Able to get more pillows and plenty of free amenities. The free breakfast was good too. The Lawsons in the hotel lobby was handy for getting dinner and snacks and meant we didn’t need to leave hotel.
