Location is good with easy access to a lot of different bus routes taking you to anywhere in HK after you figure out how to connect them with MTR services. The room is small but clean with comfortable beds, I like the idea of having a communal kitchen a dining area on the ground floor for customers to use. This compensates for the smaller size room and also helps to keep the room clean. Staff are mostly friendly. The one not so good thing was that one of the 2 elevators was out of order after Christmas, the hotel is full house, the lift was still not working after more than 4 days which is really causing a lot of inconvenience.
