Excellent communication, perfect location and easy to walk to all the sites. Felt safe & secure. The double insulated windows kept out the noise from the busy streets. The AC was perfect. Housekeeping was perfect. Snacks & coffee available daily. No complaints at all.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel room in a great area of Rome. Staff was accommodating and friendly, providing complimentary snacks and waters in our room. Shower had great water pressure and the balcony was lovely to sit out on at night. Would definitely stay again!

Location, however much of the area around it was a bit dirty. The property owners were very nice and accommodating. Shower Floor is quite slippery may want to install slip proof strips or something in shower.

The bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder. No hooks or towel bars and the bathroom faucet which worked on a motion Detector would run all night long. there is No staff or concierage on the property.

Hotel was centrally located and convenient. Veronica was very sweet and helped us out a lot. The tap in the bathroom of room 204 had a sensor on it that would not stop running, and it went off all night long. We didn’t sleep the entire first night of our stay. They said they would come back to fix it and it was never fixed. We were just asked to manually turn the valve off, but the sensor still made the loudest sound during the night, and we again got little sleep on our second night….
