There was some construction going on right next to the hotel, so the pool was gone, and parking was limited on one side of the building. On the other hand, we had a room on the end of the building with parking right in front. It was pretty quiet and clean. The complimentary breakfast was simple but good. And the location was pretty close to everything we needed to go to.

This was a horrible stay! I have stayed here before many times. The hotel has let its establishment ho tobthe wayside. There are bugs all over such as spiders, ants and other bugs. We refused to even eat food from this property. The beds are terrible and this place needs an upgrade

We stay at motels/hotels often, and this one has some above average qualities. First, they offer daily room service - new towels, etc. In addition, there is an attendant in the breakfast room who gives personalized service - making the waffles for clientele, etc. The front desk staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are modern and tasteful.

The room was so and did not cool down until 3:30am. Construction in front ofbthe building started at 6:00am. Did not get much sleep that night.

The room isn’t bad. We had ants in the restroom. The area isn’t the best two of the three nights that we stay police activity on the side of the hotel with the house people. Make sure for breakfast on the weekend you have enough and sufficient time to wait the person making the waffles are always super nice super kind but it’s busy and you only have one person passing out breakfast and making waffles so Overall just have the time to wait in a very small breakfast area very limited on seating.

No hot water in the shower

The room we had was not clean we had to deal with bugs, grub worm, hair in the shower floor and walls. the shower had no hot water had to take cold shower after we cleaned the shower and sprayed the room down with Lysol. We checked out early and moved to another Hotel. Manager was notified.

The room smelled of tobacco. The curtains stank. I mentioned this to the desk clerk, and he gave me a can of Febreze to use. Helped a little. Overall, the hotel was okay, but the room was not clean enough.

Pay the $100 extra to stay somewhere else

Room was clean on the inside aside from the occasional ant or wall stain. Breakfast was free, for a reason. It tasted like cardboard. Staff kept to themselves. The parking lot looked like it hosted several drug deals, I may have witnessed one. Stayed on the 3rd floor, nothing but stairs. Glad all I did was sleep. Sketchy upscale motel, at best.

Quiet great stay

The check in process was easy. I was already aware of the $100 incidentals so that wasn’t a surprise. The room was clean, breakfast was good and we had a breakfast ticket to get that. The only down side was the washer and dryer were broken. The area has a lot of unhoused and seemed sketchy but I knew that before coming to this hotel and they didn’t bother the property. There wasn’t a lot of noise level and it was quiet. The property is well kept. I’d stay here again when we go back to San Diego.
