The hotel is good and the staf are nicely and helpful 10/10. But, the windows of the pool and dinner room are too foggy and the plants are unkempt, and the housekeeping isn't very good either. I think it's a bit neglected, even though it's a nice hotel!

Everything was great. From breakfast to the room and other services. The only down fall and pain was that there was only one working elevator for max of only 5 people & some ignored the limit. Some times we had to wait for 10-15mins to go to our room, lobby or to the parking garage.

The biggest problem with this Hotel are the elevators. Waiting time can be up to 10 minutes. Another thing is that the lobby is located on the 4th floor but no where is a sign indicating how to get there.

Elevators were not functioning properly, had to wait 15 minutes sometimes. It was faster to take the stairs even from the 14th floor. All guest I have talked to, were complaining about it. Pool was dirty, pool water freezing. Breakfast not good.

La estancia en general fue buena, pero el tema de uno de los elevadores fue un gran inconveniente. Durante toda nuestra visita no estuvo en funcionamiento, lo que provocó demoras constantes en nuestra movilidad, al grado de tener que usar repetidamente las escaleras de emergencia. Esto afectó la experiencia, especialmente al estar en pisos altos. Ojalá puedan resolverlo pronto, ya que el resto del servicio y las instalaciones fueron adecuados.

Falta mantenimiento por el precio

Es un buen hotel, pero requiere mucha atención, además de situaciones sencillas como que no dejaron toallas para secarse, el control remoto no servía, no rellenaron las botellas de shampoo (que lo solucionaron con una llamada), un gran problema es que tiene 2 elevadores para 16 pisos del edificio y solamente servía 1 de ellos, lo que generó esperar hasta 15 minutos para poder tomar el elevador. También todo el cielo del área de recepción estaba llena de telarañas.

Mejorar el servicio de alimentos y hospitalidad

Las opciones de alimentos son limitadas, esto es lo mismo para todos los hoteles de la cadena a nivel nacional. Unicamente tienen servicio de desauuno buffette en restaurant, el resto del dia solo hay room service. Las habitaciones son comodas, solo tienes que solictar a recepcion almohadas, toallas adicionales.
