Everything was great. From breakfast to the room and other services. The only down fall and pain was that there was only one working elevator for max of only 5 people & some ignored the limit. Some times we had to wait for 10-15mins to go to our room, lobby or to the parking garage.

Not quite up to usual standards

We always love Hampton’s but this one was not quite up to the usual standards. Bed comforter was no longer white. Breakfast area at 6:00am opening had no coffee ready and floor around table had lots of crumbs from previous day. Just a bit dissatisfied but will still stay at Hamptons.

The biggest problem with this Hotel are the elevators. Waiting time can be up to 10 minutes. Another thing is that the lobby is located on the 4th floor but no where is a sign indicating how to get there.

Problemas frecuentes con los elevadores. Se usa el mismo elevador para el personal de servicio que para los visitantes. Había sólo dos elevadores y uno estuvo sin servicio durante toda la tarde. Además fueron frecuentes las esperas para utilizar el elevador. Pobre limpieza de habitación. El último día no había agua en el hotel.

Regular si solo es una noche, esta bien

La limpieza del baño deja mucho que desear, la regadera de las 3 habitaciones tenía mucho sarro, la parre inferior del wc esta sucio, no habia secadora de cabello. En el check in me dejaron a la mitad y se pusieron a atender a otra persona. Solicite pilas para el control remoto porque no tenían y nunca fueron a entegarlas. En el room service se equivocaron con mi pedido y eso qje me hablaron 2 veces y les confirme la solicitud. Los blancos de la cama ya se sienten muy desgastados y las toallas estaban deshilachadas. El desayuno para ser incluido esta regular, el bote para los residuos esta muy pequeño y si vas en hora pico se desborda la comida aparte que los elevadores tardan horas en llegar al piso

Sin agua caliente, y con falta de elevadores

El elevador solo funcionaba 1, y el otro era muy lento.. De plano bajábamos del piso 7 por escaleras de servicio.. Y tuvimos que bajar equipaje por escalera de servicio también. En muchos pisos del hotel no hubo agua caliente por lo que nos bañamos con agua fria.
