Dirty bathroom, disappointing staff, good location

I'm going to mention the positives and negatives to be fair. Positives: first, the location of the hotel is amazing it's near the bus stop and a lot of restaurants and café and bars. 2nd, the bed is comfortable. 3rd the room is decorated very well and the colors and lighting are good. Negatives: 1st, the reception was not welcoming he seemed angry or upset for some reason which is disappointing. 2nd, the card to open the door did not work so we had to carry a key the whole time. 3rd, cleaning lady was also upset for some reason and speaks very loud. 4th, we got half used toilet paper rolls which was used by the guests before us, that was seriously bad and unhealthy especially these days. 5th, the bathroom seat was full of spots... I have no clue what we're those spots but I prefer not to think about it. 6th, we had to buy cleaning spray from the supermarket and cleaned the bathroom ourselves since the staff were angry and unwelcoming we didn't feel comfortable talking to them or asking them to clean again.7th, we had to keep the window and the curtains closed since there was construction right above the window so a lot of dirts and dust were there. 8th, the reception was going to charge us again when we were checking out but we already paid during checking in, it's like they don't keep a good system so you have to be really careful with them especially when you are paying with credit cards. We were there for one night and we paid 83 euros so it was a big disappointment.

Établissement trĂšs bien situĂ©. Chambre au calme mais c’était une chambre non rĂ©novĂ©e : odeur de renfermĂ©, carrelage collant sous les pieds, sanitaire et salle de bain vraiment vieux. Cela a gĂąchĂ© le fait qu’il soit bien placĂ©. Peu de choix au petit dĂ©jeuner mais produits frais.

Déçu de la chambre trĂšs exiguĂ«, je ne m’attendais pas Ă  cela en rĂ©servant (au vue des photos et avis clients), peut ĂȘtre s’agissait il d’une chambre pas encore rĂ©novĂ©e... odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able dans la salle de bain (remontĂ©e d’égout), moisissure Ă  certains endroits au dessus de la tĂȘte de lit sur le mur et entre les joints dans la douche. Concernant le petit dĂ©jeuner, trĂšs peu fournie et de ce fait trĂšs cher (pas de salĂ© et trĂšs peu de choix). Pour ma part Cet hĂŽtel n’a de positif que son emplacement.....
