The only thing I did not like was the fragrance machines, pumping really strong floral smells throughout the lobby (because I get migraines). The hotel was stunning. Beautiful decor, fabulous sun loungers and lovely rooms. The staff were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful and always professional. Our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive until 3.00 a.m. The lovely man on reception got a drink for us and a bottle of Prosecco, sandwiches and fruit were waiting for us in our room. The service provided at this hotel is second to none. Would highly recommend it.

This is a wonderful hotel. Since rental cars are so cheap at LCA, highly recommend getting a car since this hotel has free parking. The staff is wonderful, the food is great, and the room with the hot tub on the balcony is superb. I'd recommend this place to anyone, it is perfect.
