Friendly helpful staff, good sized rooms, breakfasr is pretty reasonable. The Japanese bath house is great. It is about 20 minutes walk to the city centre, i always felt safe even at night but look out for loose paving etc. There is a big supermarket less than 5 minutes away which is helpful

Flower hotel is located outside the city center; however, there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The area surrounding this hotel is safe and quiet. The room I stayed is small, but it is clean and its amenities are in good condition. The hotel staff is polite and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good. I highly recommend this hotel to those who plan to visit Ulaanbaatar.

There was some harassment and a lot of noise overnight from groups of other guests. This sort of thing was going on at the Blue Sky last year, but has quieted there now. The staff and facilities are excellent, this is a really valuable group of hotel empolyees, with some motivated outside disruption.

Everything is perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Quiet. Bed is comfortable and shower had good warm pressure. Refrigerator was full of refreshments. 4 very good restaurants in hotel. This is our favorite place to stay. Highly recommend to everyone. Nikolai and Zaya.

I initially booked this hotel because of good reviews, which I trusted and it did not disappoint. The hotel have 4 restaurants inside the hotel, my favorite was the bathhouse and spa area. I had a good sleep after a good massage and dinner at the Mongolian restaurant. It is easy to find, and right across e-mart store. The staffs were really helpful. Due to language barriers on some occasion, those who can understand and speak English made themselves available to help out. I had a great stay and will come back to this hotel again. Thank you.

The bathroom was small, but renovated and nice. OK price at the spa. Several restaurants' in the hotel. The reception was not very flexible regarding breakfast. We had to leave really early and could not use the breakfast coupon. Asked to get a coffee in the coffee shop the day before instead, but that was not possible. Insisted on giving us a sandwich in the morning instead that ended up not being eaten.
