Food was fantastic, lots of varieties for breakfast. However, as our room was on the 7th floor and directly below the restaurant, night time entertainment can be quite loud and disturbing. Luckily we were too tired exploring Batu during the day that we just got knocked off almost immediately! 😆

Excellent service from the minute we arrived. Room and facilities were tip top. We were made to feel very welcome with smiles and greetings at every corner. Management and Staff deserve recognition and the best way is to highly recommend this hotel to all would be travellers to Batu.

accomodatie en service was perfect. het enige nadeel was dat de airco unit die buiten hing een enorme brom gaf waardoor je hele lange bonzend geluid hoorde. verder was alles perfect en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar
