This is a very good Guest House/Hotel. Bedroom was very clean and had a fridge and a microwave. Bed very comfortable (Memory foam). My wife had the included continental breakfast and I had the full English on both days, available for only £5 extra, it was the best breakfast I have had in quite a few years. The host could not be more helpful and friendly. We will return again, when we stay in Lytham St Anne's.

This is a very good bed and breakfast. Bedroom very clean and had fridge and microwave. Bed very comfortable. Only had continental breakfast but there was plenty. Full english available for £5, looked lovely. Will use again

Room quite dated,could have been cleaner dust in wardrobe ? Lady owner pleasant and friendly, unfortunately not the case when the co owner on day of departure knocked at 10am and informed us we should vacate room ,his words soon as!!,very rude! did not do breakfast so cant comment .
