When we asked the manager about refunds or comps he told us to reach out to hotels.com but didn’t advise us that Hotels.com reps would not be able to reach out to them through phone. We didn’t even get to stay here, we had to leave and pay again somewhere else.

It's a motel 6. They're nothing special they're just a place to stay. That being said if you're going to stay there travel light because parking spaces are at a premium and not all of them are near the rooms. Side note none of the housekeeping staff speak English please bring your English Spanish dictionary or know some Spanish ahead of time.
