Tru in Pigeon Forge is our go-to spot when not using a cabin. As usual Tru was spot on and did a great job. There are spots throughout the hotel where it's starting to show its wear and tear but there are a lot of people who go through there every day overall this is a great location.

We have stayed at this Hilton before and it still looks new! The staff is super friendly and accommodating!! Due to tornadic activity, we had to cut our visit short by one night, but again, the staff excellent! Clode to everything in Pigeon Forge, thiscis a great location to enjoy the sights.

We came to Pigeon Forge for a 16th birthday trip spending 1 night. Our check in was simple and quick. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our needs. Wish we’d have had time in our schedule to enjoy the pools, exercise room, and lobby games. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future! Amazing location right by everything the birthday girl wanted to enjoy on this trip. Toddler friendly room/resort also which was a plus for the 3 year old.
