A nossa estadia foi incrível! A recepção no hotel, a limpeza, a vista, tudo impecável! Tinha uma madeira mais solta na entrada do nosso quarto, conversamos com o funcionário e quando voltamos do nosso passeio ela já estava arrumada. O café da manhã simples e magnífico. O píer é lindo, e a vista nem se fala. Quando voltarmos em Ilhabela nosso destino é certo.

Vista bonita, pousada deixa a desejar na limpeza

A vista da pousada é realmente muito bonita, o café da manhã é bem simples, mas não é ruim. O atendimento foi bom, mas a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Cheguei no sexta à noite, meu horário de check in era a partir das 14h. Mas assim que cheguei fui tomar banho e o banheiro estava sujo, muito cabelo no ralo e box e chão sujos (não era muito, mas estava). Não deixam shampoo/condicionador, apenas sabonete. Achei que pelo preço e outras recomendações teria o básico. Além disso, o chuveiro não tinha água quente, apenas fria. Acho que a pousada, apesar de ser razoavelmente boa, tem como melhorar ainda mais.

Recomendo

Viajamos em casal agora em fevereiro,a pousada fica ao lado da praia do Veloso, gostamos da localização, ir para o centro histórico e um pouco longe. O chalé tem estacionamento gratuito, a instalação de modo geral é necessário reforma, mas a vista é maravilhosa, a cama é muito boa, chuveiro. Só a área comum que é um pouco velha, mas super nos atendeu a piscina e muito boa, na última noite caiu a energia, mas estávamos saindo já então não sentimos tanto e no momento do checkout eles foram super flexíveis e só invés de sairmos ao meio dia, saímos às 17:00 o que possibilitou curtir ainda mais a ilha. De um modo geral eu voltaria a me hospedar sim, o café da manhã d gostosinho, tem opção de ovos mexidos na hora. Aprovado.
