Great location, very good hotel!

Checkin was simple and the girls were great! They offered us great recommendations of places to visit and to eat. The hotel was in a old building but when you walk in the rooms it is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We loved our stay there and will definitely return there when we visit amalfi again !

Had a wonderful stay! Room exceeded expectations, was clean, comfortable and spacious. The receptionists were very welcoming and accomodating with every need. We also had a Seaview and little balcony were my now fiancé proposed to me so this will always be a special place to us! Thank you for making our time in Amalfi so special!

This can be a little tricky to find but it's in the middle of a local area so you get the feel for how the locals live. The room looked exactly like the pictures. They were very helpful in securing a dining reservation for our group. We were only there one night but it does have a very small kitchen that would be great for a multiple night stay. I highly recommend this little gem!

We absolutely loved our stay ! The room is absolutely beautiful and kept so well -nice and fresh . The bed is very comfortable! The location is absolutely perfect-walk into town through the tunnel and easy walk to beach . Giovanna and Francesca are both lovely! I have only one negative which is the TV is not functional- this is not a big deal to some but I feel for the price you pay it’s not good enough But my overall experience was wonderful and would most definitely recommend

The staff was amazing and helpful, the location is impeccable and the room itself is very well kept. Highly recommend for couples. The only thing is the shower doesn’t run hot water for a long time (might be because of how old the building is) but it didn’t bother us at all, just had to take quicker showers. They even helped us book a transfer on our last day since the ferry was cancelled due to the weather. Amazing people and nice view!

It is better to accept the host's offer of help for bringing your luggage from bus station of boat dock. Even Amalfi is small, walking with luggage may be hard on very crowded narrow and somewhat uphill streets

When we arrived the weather was hot (90s) and the AC in our room wasn’t working. We asked to go to another room where it was working because we had our baby with us. Staff was very good about the change. However, it was a lesser room. There was also an ant problem in the room. When I asked about a partial refund due to this, staff said they would talk to their manager and message me. I never heard anything back.

okay but has issues. Consider something better

My biggest complaint is their check in policy. I have never heard of such restricted hours and then the requirement to pay, even if you give advanced notice. Even though we reached around 10pm, Andre charged us the higher rate AFTER his 'check-in' stating the check in time begins after his check-in. That's plain cheating. Here are other CONS/issues: Low curved ceilings by the bed; water temperature was warm, not great; the sliding shower door is difficult to slide causing loud screeching sounds; appreciate the act of the bassinet however it was broken; and multiple steps (as they had disclosed) to get to the room. Parking is an absolute nightmare here because we are told to call 30 mins in advance to obtain the car which is more than half a mile or about 850 meters. Plus, you have to drive down the main street of the shopping amongst all the tourists. If you are leaving or trying to get in around the school hours, you will get stuck for about 30 minutes behind a traffic light. The in-room bar refrigerator isn't working well. PROS: the place is clean and cleaned daily with new towels. it's close to everything in Amalfi like the shopping, restaurants, farmer's market, ferry services, etc. I liked the hand sanitizer they supplied. So, overall, if you plan to use a car or check in after their restrictive hours, I would read above and highly consider other options.
