Everything about this hotel was good...even better than some similar 3-star hotels in the area. One staff in particular, Francis, stood out - his commitment and willingness to help me and other customers was exceptional and much appreciated. A bit of noise in the surrounding streets at night midweek but nothing much and the staircase is a bit of a hike and narrow up to the top floor but its fine.

The room was small but was big enough for my needs. The major down point was checking in, where i was asked for id, credit card details and to sign for the costs that may be oncurred from my stay. Please lose this needles check in ritual, for a possible rare incident that has happened before.

Great location, friendly staff. Property very worse for ware. Walls and ceilings thin and can hear every step your neighbours take. Walls are crumbling apart. Stains on bedding and carpets. Dirty coffee cups, shower door didn't close, TV remote faulty and plug sockets didn't work. WiFi doesn't work at all.
