This hotel was fine for a couple of nights stay - wouldn't not recommend purchasing breakfast though as many options better quality and local to the hotel. The hotel breakfast was very disappointing and even though we paid for 3 days breakfast we only went 1 day for breakfast as it was not good. Friendly and professional staffs at check-in. In thr room, little repaeting noise came out from AC. Long hair spotted inside of folded towel. Other than that everything was perfect.

We checked in at 7pm, but our room was not ready and we had to wait. The two receptionists who were there kept talking throughout the check-in process.It was very uncomfortable.There was no explanation of breakfast, facilities or parking and we had to ask questions. When we checked out, there was no Hi or Thank you, just the word Ok. However, the breakfast staff and the doorman provided excellent service. Rooms are spacious and suitable for longer stays.

Convenient and comfortable hotel

The location is just next to Subway shopping centre 163. There are some grocery and other shops as well as restaurants. Very convenient. The room I stayed is big enough. King Size bed, sofa and surprisingly microwave was there. The shower water pressure was also good. Power supply was suddenly down around 7pm on 26 Oct then no lights on the floor. Elevators were unavailable as well. Thus I was forced to go down from 31st floor to ground floor via stair. Hotel staff led me and go through emergency route. Power down was unbelievable but the staff corresponded professionally. I wanna stay this hotel again. Mont’ Kiara is a bit far from the city central area, but I could call a car via Grab with reasonable price. Thus no worries about the location.
