Quieter and more affordable than staying on the Canal yet still within walking distance to the area and close to lift bridge and the beach. The room was comfortable, clean and fit our needs perfect. Not a bad thing to say about this property and the people that work there. Very accommodating for my wife and daughter who had just had surgery. They listened to what was taking place and what the need is and provided perfect solutions and service. Hands down the best experience every time I have stayed here while in Duluth.

very clean and the staff was very nice. The GM checked us in on Thursday afternoon and was back this morning ridding up the breakfast area. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there the next time we visit Duluth. The breakfast was awesome.
