Wonderful place to stay, proper pub! Excellent location, staff very welcoming and so efficient. The food was piping hot and very good, huge portions "we like to feed people" was the response! The room was extremely comfortable and had a lovely view. Highly recommend.

Great pub with rooms, excellent breakfast with large choice. Close to local fish and chip kiosks, some lovely restaurants close by as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. The beach is close and the South West coastal path for some lovely walks. Unfortunately the path going east is closed due to erosion.

Little Gem

Everything about the George is wonderful, from the fantastic staff to the clean comfortable rooms. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff in making you welcome and comfortable.Add to this the amazing food, you have a little gem of a hotel.
