We had a great time in our family trip to Poços de Caldas during the weekend. Everyone was very attentive to us, from the hotel reception to meals and the swimming pool staff. The hotel is very clean, refurbished and tastefully decorated. The only observation, which may have been my fault for not notifying beforehand, is that my son is allergic and the bed linen was very perfumed. So I would advise anyone who is sensitive to strong perfumes to let them know so that they can prepare the room with this care. When I made this comment at reception, they asked me to let them know in advance in our next stay. Excellent! We will come back for sure!

It is a comfortable hotel, nice people, in the heart of down town, but walking around at night is a bit danger, as it's on the other side of the "train" line. It will be very difficult to make breakfast if you use a wheelchair, because it has stairsall around!! Becareful if you want to pay in the accomodation, the Hotels.com will charge you in the day you book it!

O Hotel é tradicional e preserva sua essência… acredito que alguns ajustes ajudariam a conservar o charme do local. A fechadura do banheiro por exemplo redonda dificulta a abertura da porta principalmente para pessoas mais idosas.Senti falta de ducha higiênica e tb secador no quarto.Para um hotel do gabarito deste o estacionamento não deveria ser pago, mas pontos super positivos como localização limpeza variedade no café e o chuveiro são pontos fortes do Minas Gerais !

Hotel antigo, mas com bom custo benefício. Falta quartos com acessibilidade para cadeirantes e pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção. Ótima localização e funcionários prestativos. Tivemos apenas uma experiência desagradável com uma funcionária que estava nos atendendo no café da manhã que mostrou falta de boa vontade com a situação de uma idosa com problemas de locomoção.

Ótima estadia! Localização no centro da cidade, perto das principais atrações. Funcionários muito educados e solícitos. Café da manhã muito completo, várias opções de pães, e o pão de queijo mineiro perfeito. Dentro do hotel hat um restaurante, onde existe a opção de almoço e janta. A experiência foi muito boa, o hotel é muito agradável, os funcionários muito prestativos e educados. As acomodações sao muito aconchegantes. Sentimos falta de secadores de cabelos nos quartos, precisavamos solicitar na recepção. Nao era prático, mas também não foi ruim. Talvez um ponto a melhorar seria o isolamento acústico dos quartos, pois se os quartos ao lado estivesse numa algazarra só, a gente nao conseguia dormir direito. Aconteceu uma noite. Mas de resto, só tenho elogios. Super bem localizado, voltareja com certeza e recomendo muito. O café da manhã é muito top, não almoçamos no restaurante do hotel, mas pareceu muito agradavel também.
