A great hotel is you want to be centrally located, minutes from the main railway station, tram and metro. Hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were exceptional, especially Marco who was great for helping plan my visit. The house keeping was the best I've seen from any hotel in a long time.

Amazing Hotel

We spent one night in this hotel. We were greeted by a very kind and knowledgeable worker called Nadia. She explained how the property worked and showed us a map of the city of Naples and labelled all the tourist spots. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel

Terrible

It was conveniently located to the train station, but it's not a great neighborhood. The hotel is hard to maneuver since we had rooms on two floors with kids. There are different codes to enter each floor. One of the rooms was more of a closet with 3 beds. It felt old, dirty, and we couldn't wait to leave.

Staff and service was stellar! Convenient location - main train station is close by, plus most main attractions are walkable. Sound proof windows so didn’t hear any noise from the street and used air instead. We were located on the floor where the eating area was, so in the morning it can get kind of noisy. They offer breakfast for €5 per day or plenty of places nearby to eat as well. They also offer day tours, so the trip to Pompeii was made easily. The shower did overflow quite easily and looks like a lot of mineral buildup so probably needs a deep cleaning. Aside from that, I would recommend staying here.

Do Not Recommend!!!

With the overall rating of this place I was expecting at least a decent stay. Our room was disgusting, our bathroom did not look clean with someone’s hair in the sink. Our floors were definitely not even swept with hair and debris all over the floor. The sheets had weird stains on them. The overall room wreaked of an odd scent. The beds were very uncomfortable. I would never stay here again nor recommend it. We only stayed for one night and were debating even staying for that long.

Not the best.

The owners were lovely. They were very accommodating. However the property itself was very uncomfortable. The bed was was terrible. The halls and room smelt of mould and damp, the showered were grimy and the AC unit also had an abundance of mould growing on it. Rooms are extremely small, but okay for a couple hour nap ( if you’re able to ). Does not look like pictures on website, and unsure as to why it’s rated so high.

Close to train station and bus lines. Area around station was dirty and very busy. Hard to cross streets with many cars, motorcycles and pushy pedestrians. Hotel checked me into wrong type of room. Moved to new room two days later. On last night there was a note on door saying I was given a third room. All my belongings had been packed up without my permission. Lost my bottle of wine. New room a/C not good and balcony door did not work. Not a pleasant experience on the whole.
