Nice location , local free shuttle most appreciated, valet parking was easy and all the staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast is exceptional and well worth $18 . Snacks in the little shop were kind of pricey but that’s typical at any hotel . The bed is firm which is not to my comfort . I prefer a more plush and softer mattress but that’s just my preference . Would definitely stay again but if for multiple nights the firm bed might b a deal breaker . But it’s still 5* in my book .

What we liked: Staff’s helpfulness and quality of breakfast However, were disappointed with our stay: 1. we were informed that on the first full-day of our stay (6/2/25) the water would be shut-off between 12pm & 3pm. 2. On the second full-day of our stay (6/3/25), hot water was not available the entire day. We could not take showers in the morning and had to take cold showers in the evening. When we pay for an accommodation, we expect certain level of amenities and services as advertised. We understand that unforeseen circumstances do happen. However, the hotel offered no discount nor apologies when we checked out. In the future, we will be extremely hesitant to book a hotel under the Marriott brand.

Sebastian and Hailey at the front were excellent and made us feel welcomed. There was a woman bartender (didn’t catch her name) one night who was working very diligently and was doing an amazing job during a rush. The area shuttle was such a great accommodation especially during some chilly nights. Our king room with a sofa was perfect. All around great hotel, highly recommend.
