The guesthouse was spacious. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful and accommodating! She went above and beyond helping us out, keeping our luggage at her office, showing us nearby places, etc. We would definitely come to this guesthouse again and recommend it!

Customer Service was outstanding. I believe Lily is who checked me in and gave me VIP treatment as well as I noticed her checked other guests in and gave them all VIP treatment. Because of her customer service I would stay there again as well as recommend this location to friends. Plus this is a great location to shopping and all of the attractions.

Weird stay. It wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t the cleanest either. The location was sketchy, especially at night. Staff were nice. Just a very weird experience while we were there and we had to check out a couple hours earlier due to an incident the hotel was experiencing with the police. Close to the train station and a subway station. View from our room was very nice. If you’re comfortable with average this place is ok.

Nice hotel in central location

The hotel was nice and clean with a friendly staff that was helpful with any requests that we had. The hotel is placed centrally in Rome close to Termini station and within walking distance to several of the main attractions in Rome. Room was nice and clean. Rooms were of decent size. Due to the central location, there is a bit of traffic in the area which creates some noise from the traffic.

This was a great location. The metro was right aroung the corner and the taxi stand was only a couple of blocks. It is a walkable distance from the train station. It was a nice room and the beds were comfortable. The staff were nice. There is a park across the street which had concerts at night that we were able to hear in our room. There was a couple of take out restaurants outside it's door. I would stay there again.

Magic stay

clean and comfortable, and right outside Porta Magica which is beautiful. The hotel is also in a great location, close to some amazing restaurants. Getting in can be tricky trying to locate, look for the big beautiful wooden heavy doors. Vwe found it very safe and secure with loey staff who let us keep pur bags there after check out while we continued to explore. The only downside was that the shower was very tiny, which made it a bit difficult to move around however, very minor. Just something to be aware of if that is something that would bother you

The hotel is located in a wonderful location, but if your room is on the main road, it is too loud to sleep and there was no A\C ( Rome was 28-29C) WiFi did not work in room, but did on the shared patio. Karen was very friendly and helpful!
