)Our stay was wonderful! A special treat was Yamil who worked the front desk. He was personable, accommodating and enthusiastic. He understands customer service. A beautiful clean lodging. The bathroom door is not the best for family travel. It is glass. Also there is not a scenic view of the Biltmore estate like advertised. Other than that the only issue we had was with the staff that managed the breakfast. She would stand in the way for long periods of time or cut you off to get to things and then act like the guests were inconveniencing her.

We booked this hotel as it has an indoor pool however the pool was closed. Nothing on any website stated that the pool was closed. There was also no ice machine on the floors and the front receptionist told us to use the kitchen ice machine, which was nice however that’s unsanitary to allow guest to enter a kitchen unsupervised.
